1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application or accessing the Meridian private registry (including registration as a Guest, Host, or Vendor), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not apply or utilize our community network registry.

2. Application Vetting and Registry Access

Meridian operates as a private, vetted offline network. Registry submission does not guarantee admission. We reserve absolute discretion in evaluating all applications, approving or denying entry, and suspending or removing approved accounts to protect the safety, alignment, and quality standards of our community.

3. Code of Conduct for IRL Events

Meridian connects organizers, members, and service providers to meet and collaborate offline. All participants agree to maintain our standards of conduct at all gatherings:

• Intentional Curation: Hosts agree to design, coordinate, and run gatherings with integrity, prioritizing inclusivity, safety, and community comfort.
• Respect & Safety: Guests agree to treat hosts, venues, and fellow attendees with dignity. Physical harassment, digital harassment, and behavior that disrupts the curation or safety of gatherings is strictly prohibited.
• Professional Integrity: Venue and Vendor partners agree to supply and deliver services in accordance with local health, safety, licensing, and professional requirements.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Meridian is a networking and connectivity directory that facilitates introductions between community members, independent hosts, and third-party vendors. Meridian does not organize, sponsor, or direct the offline events hosted by independent coordinators. You attend and participate in all IRL gatherings at your own risk. Meridian is not liable for any disputes, injuries, losses, damages, or incidents occurring as a result of offline events or vendor transactions connected through the portal.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Meridian" brand, wordmark, logo, custom components, and website assets are the exclusive intellectual property of DiscoverMeridians.com and its licensors. You may not copy, replicate, or utilize our brand trademarks without explicit written consent.

6. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the registry and our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise detrimental to the community. Members may request withdrawal of their profile details at any time by emailing support@discovermeridians.com.
