To evaluate applications and operate our offline registry, we collect the following types of information:

• Identity & Contact Information: First name, last name, and email address.
• Vetting Profiles: For Guests, we collect a short professional/personal bio, social link preferences (LinkedIn, Instagram), personal interest categories, and primary city locations. For Hosts and Vendors, we collect community focus details, portfolio websites, and descriptions of offerings.
• Consent Details: Terms of Service agreement, Privacy Policy acceptance, and communication preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Review and process your registration for guest membership, host access, or vendor integration.
• Connect hosts with local, curated venue and vendor partners that align with their community profiles.
• Notify you of your application status, private local gatherings, or launch updates in your preferred city.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and curated integrity across all offline matchings in the network.

4. Data Sharing and Vetting

We do not share your profile details publicly. Vetted host details and vendor profiles are shared privately within our network only when an intentional matchmaking partnership is established. We do not sell or license any of your information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights and Deletion

You have full control over your membership application profile. If you wish to view your data, withdraw your pending application, or request complete deletion of your records from the Meridian registry, you can contact our support team at support@discovermeridians.com. We will process and confirm all deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We employ administrative, physical, and technological security controls to safeguard application submissions and membership directories against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to application data is restricted to authorized Meridian council members and developers.
